Kara Gaiser is a Mechanical Engineering student with an Aerospace Engineering concentration at the University of California, Berkeley, whose aerospace and bioengineering research has been recognized at the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF), where she is a two-time Grand Award winner, alongside publication with the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and presentation at the AIAA SciTech Conference. A 2025 Brooke Owens Fellow with internship experience at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Vast Space, she has led award-winning aerospace teams and is a ScienceFair mentor.
